We are a family run business that have your interests at heart, on the grounds of georgian detached farm house sitting in approx 4 acres we have built a detached holiday cottage, which has been brand new built to the highest specification. This cottage is then split into three to create three large three bedroomed holiday cottages/lets
On the grounds also live ponys & horses, sheep all extreamly friendly and various other wildlife native to this part of the country
We have just completed a swimming pool on the site. although not yet heated
There lots of local walks and other things to do the local scenery if fantastic
Available to rent with dates starting in june 09 brand new built
We also have a 1/2 bedroomed cottage available on the same site at a lower price
Sleeping arrangements can be made to sleep upto 6 people in each cottage plus any cots as the bedrooms are large please ask for details

These cottages are 1.8 miles from the centre of louth a historic picturesesk market town , with shops and restaurants simply a beautiful place to visit.
Approx 6 miles from the local beaches / sea side (picture taken last new year at donna nook while the seals and new born pups where there picture not brilliant )
Approx 5 miles from cadwell park racing circuit that host events such as british super bikes in mid august
Just on the edge of the lincolnshire wolds again one of the nicest parts of lincoilnshire
